Each individual project will have a Project Manager assigned to it, who will overview the whole project to make sure deadlines are met and Customer requirements are kept on track.
We start out by assessing the size of the job, agreeing on a deadline and working out a suitable time schedule for the project. Within the schedule we have intervals which gives us time to evaluate and act on the feedback you have given us up to that point in your website design. This is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design and functionality being built, and to reassure you the job is going to the schedule we set out and agreed upon at the very beginning.At any point, if you are unsatisfied or unsure about the direction of your website design we will happily make any changes you feel are necessary to achieve the result you require.
